Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.

To request cancellation, email support@kizohome.shop with your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm whether the order can be canceled.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. If an order cannot be canceled, it may still be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
